We are looking for you in full-time and permanent employment as a People Operations Specialist (m/f/d) to support our restaurants in the Baden-Württemberg region.

In the Southwest region, you can expect the following exciting tasks:

  • You will be responsible for creating and maintaining employee master data.
  • You will support restaurant management in recruiting crew members (nonmanagement employees).
  • You will handle administrative entries and exits and ensure that all necessary documents (including work and residence permits) are in place for employment.
  • You will create contracts and other relevant documents for employment.
  • You will be the point of contact for your colleagues for all personnelrelated questions.
  • You will monitor vacation and absences in our digital time tracking system and ensure reporting and certification for your region.
  • You will work closely with restaurant management in your region as well as the entire People and Payroll team.
