Your Responsibilities:

As an Agile Coach/Scrum Master in Annapolis Neck, MD, you will analyze the current state and strive for the most effective setup.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing scaled structures and processes in the product development area.
You will support and coach our development teams, promoting personal responsibility and selforganization, and encouraging efficient and effective working methods.
You will assist our developers and product owners in reflecting on their methods and procedures, and help them grow personally in the process.
You will identify areas for improvement and proactively address any conflicts or obstacles within the teams and at interfaces.
With a deep understanding of communication, flow, and group dynamics, you will help the teams work together to achieve their goals.

Profile:

You have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master or in organizational development, and are eager to find the best approach for our teams, beyond just agile methods.
You have the skills to teach, coach, and facilitate to drive teams forward.
With empathy for the teams, you always take a holistic and solutionoriented approach, even in challenging situations.
You are able to communicate on an equal level and understand the perspective of others.
You have a strong sense of empathy and sensitivity in working with different personalities.
You have practical experience with frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or OKRs.
You have a basic understanding of software
