The position in Kincaid, KS will focus on expanding our company's business in various countries, acquiring new customers and maintaining and upselling to existing customers.

This role involves actively seeking out new accounts, as well as managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for maintaining strong connections with C-Level executives, IT leaders, and functional heads in marketing, vehicle sales, service, parts, and dealer development.


Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will have the support of an experienced technical pre-sales team and marketing department.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a Go-ToMarket plan for the regional countries
  • Identify target customers and market segments
  • Articulate the value of Technosoft's solutions to potential clients
  • Research and identify new leads and opportunities through online platforms, particularly social media
  • Drive sales processes, including creating proposals and negotiating deals
  • Collaborate with presales, marketing, and other teams to close sales
  • Establish a network of partners and agents to expand market reach and generate new leads
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-Level executives, IT leaders, and functional heads in relevant areas
  • Meet corporate sales targets through proactive efforts
  • Drive business development initiatives and achieve yearly sales goals
  • Utilize personal network to promote Technosoft's capabilities and secure new sales
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential business opportunities and manage them using a CRM system
