Responsibilities:


  • Management and operational leadership of the location
  • Supervision of CNC production and assembly area
  • Participation in process optimization
  • Detailed planning of upcoming orders
  • Employee management and workforce planning

Who You Are:


  • Completed vocational training in the metal industry
  • Additional training as a master or technician is an advantage
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in metal processing or alternatively in production planning
  • Basic knowledge of milling technology
  • Leadership experience is a plus
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
