Your tasks:


  • Active support of participants through:
  • Introduction to the training and job market, if necessary career (re)orientation
  • Assistance with applications (application training: application folder, job search, personal presentation during job interviews, etc.)
  • Identification of necessary qualification measures and/or internship search (internal/external)
  • Accompaniment and support after starting the job
  • Promotion of social integration skills
  • Management and leadership of group processes
  • Conducting individual and group conversations/activities
  • Conveying knowledge on the topics of mobility, energy & environment

In addition, we expect:

  • Regular contact with the referring job centers
  • Regular contact with companies, associations and organizations with the goal of integrating participants into the first job market
  • Teamwork
  • Management of necessary documentation

Your profile:


  • Completed education, degree or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience and knowledge in personnel selection systems
  • Further training in the field of competence assessment
  • Basic knowledge of the workfirst approach
  • Teamwork
