That's why we are looking for you in the Human Resources department as:

Senior HR Generalist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Advising employees and managers in a defined support area on all personnelrelated issues
Significant involvement in the hiring process, starting with preselection, conducting interviews, making selection decisions, and offering contracts in close coordination with the departments and Talent Acquisition team
Close cooperation with the works council in individual personnel measures and all other processes according to the Works Constitution Act
Advising managers on disciplinary issues, conducting disciplinary measures such as issuing warnings, reprimands, or terminations
Handling labor law issues (e.g. in case of uncertainties regarding the interpretation of collective bargaining agreements), if necessary in coordination with the employers' association
Creating contractual documents such as employment contracts, transfer letters, letters for promotions, and employment references; maintaining personnel files
Maintaining the personnel information system, responsible for a correct database and master data maintenance, as well as maintaining the internal training system for personnel data changes
Conducting regular internal reporting, such as headcount, absence, etc., and responding to internal and external adhoc requests
Conducting employee and manager trainings on personnelrelated topics and providing advice and support in the implementation of HR processes (e.g.
