Jouw rol als Business Application Specialist:
Als Business Application Specialist speel je een cruciale rol in het beheren, optimaliseren en onderhouden van onze bedrijf kritische softwaretoepassingen. Je zult samenwerken met een team van professionals in een stimulerende omgeving waarin jouw expertise wordt gewaardeerd en je de kans krijgt om je vaardigheden te ontwikkelen.
Een greep uit de werkzaamheden:
Je beheert onze softwaretoepassingen (Office 365, SharePoint, Business central, Microsoft Power Platform, etc.) die essentieel zijn voor onze dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering;
Configuraties en aanpassingen van applicaties om te voldoen aan onze specifieke behoeften;
Je biedt ondersteuning aan gebruikers, lost problemen op en geeft trainingen om effectief gebruik te bevorderen;
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor systeemupgrades, onderhoud en het waarborgen van gegevensintegriteit;
Je werkt hierin nauw samen met andere teams om applicaties te integreren en te optimaliseren;
Je stelt rapportages en analyses op van de gegevens ter ondersteuning van besluitvorming en compliance.
