My Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for global allocation of customer order processing and support
  • Coordination of procurement planning for components
  • Conducting and evaluating analyses in Excel and SAP for allocation purposes
  • Worldwide management of extended workbenches
  • Implementation of logistics projects
  • Reporting including determination of key figures, analyzing deviations and developing measures

My Qualifications

  • Completed degree, preferably in the field of industrial engineering, business informatics, or business administration
  • Experience with MS Excel and logistics (experience with common practices: VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
  • Experience in allocation: creating allocation files and in planning logistics
  • Experience with SAP
  • Communicative personality with a curiosity for logistics topics
  • Assertiveness, commitment, and persistence
  • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
  • Proficient language skills in German and English
