IT Support Specialist Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls from our multiple organizations
  • Generate tickets into our system to ensure proper documentation
  • Troubleshoot technological issues including phone systems, computer systems, computers, printers, network systems, and any other technical equipment
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work items
IT Support Specialist Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills and desire to help the company succeed
  • Exceptional communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac
  • General knowledge of troubleshooting Internet connectivity and other technological office equipment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365
IT Support Specialist Compensation

  • Hourly $15$18

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
