How you will make an impact:

Support all projects within the EHR/PM programs and assist with definition, tracking, and communication in a consistent and effective manner
Assist with reviewing, assessing, and approving proposals - requesting changes or additions to existing forms, workflows, or reports
Assist with addition or removal of approved user access and permissions
Assist with insurance payer and chargemaster fee schedule data entry
Work collaboratively with EHR Manager to support all clinic go-live implementations for establishing and managing the EHR/PM deployment at new facility openings
Lead the execution of improvement projects and aids in ensuring the delivery of optimized processes and measurable business results
Work with super users, subject matter experts, and key internal and external resources to meet shared strategic business objectives
Provide virtual meetings and conference calls to orientate new employees, present new functionality, and document concerns to report to ModMed

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of two years of experience using an EHR/PM or case management software platform
Experience administering a database with responsibility for data import & mapping, data cleanup, and data export
Project management and performance/continuous improvement skills
Advanced Excel skills required, including graphing, pivot tables, and other advanced data visualization and data manipulation functions
Strong internal communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Demonstrates exceptional initiative and ability to anticipate issues and deliver solutions
