What does a successful_ _
Financial Analyst do at Fiserv?


You will provide key support to the Core Account Processing Solutions business through understanding the primary drivers of the financial results and use this knowledge to drive meaningful financial analysis to improve leadership decision making.

You will help drive profitable business growth by providing detailed financial review, reporting and analysis enabling improved transparency.


What you will do:


  • Contribute to monthly corporate financial reporting and analysis including variance analysis, evaluation of metrics and commentary.
  • Reporting and analysis of month end close, managing of Risks and Opportunities (R&O) process to be able to advise on potential risks and opportunities to latest forecast.
  • Monthend deliverables. consolidate regional, business unit, and local financials for actuals and forecast. Validate completeness and reasonability of submissions. Prepare standard and ad hoc analysis.
  • Analyze and assess risks and opportunities, develop key business metrics to drive revenue and reduce costs resulting to increased profitability and business growth.

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of military, education, and work experience
  • 1+ years of financial analysis and reporting experience

What would be great to have:

  • CPA
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis processes
  • Proficiency with SAP, SAP Business Analyzer, and SAP Business Planning and Consolidation is a plus.
