    Description

    Role: Project Support Coordinator move management experience

    Location: Minneapolis, MN

    Experience Required: 7+ years

    Key Skills:Project management, Vendor management, move coordination.

    Mode of Hire: Full Time

    We at Coforge are seeking Project Support Coordinator with following skillset :-

    • Project management
    • Executive level status reporting.
    • Coordination of timing/efforts and resources to complete moves within timelines.
    • Documentation of problems and their solutions as they are uncovered.
    • Service Now Utilization.
    • Project lead for EUC providing representation in appropriate meetings and conversations.
    • Provide thought leadership/innovation to the process.
    • Provide a framework to ensure Customer experience is top of mind when moving.
    • Interface with the Client and key stakeholders to keep informed of progress.
    • Experience in Vendor management.
    • Order validation, execution, shipping and receiving.
    • Inventorying of abandoned equipment and the coordination of the disposal, cleaning and/or reuse.
    • This role will be working with the client directly to coordinate major pieces of a significant office move project.
