    für unser IT-Team in Nürnberg mit der Möglichkeit des Mobile Office

    Sie arbeiten innerhalb der Rödl Global Digital Services (IT) und pflegen den Kontakt zu den Rödl Geschäftsfeldern und Service Einheiten
    Sie bauen den ersten Kundenkontakt in der Bearbeitung von Demands mit Fokus auf neue Softwareanfragen auf
    Im Folgeschritt bewerten Sie die Anfragen gemeinsam mit Vertretern aus verschiedenen Fachbereichen
    Sie haben stets den gesamten Lebenszyklus des Demands im Blick – beginnend mit dem Demand bis zur Projektdurchführung und fungieren währenddessen als Hauptansprechpartner für den Kunden.

    Sie moderieren Abstimmungstermine und sorgen dafür, dass Ergebnisse klar und eindeutig festgehalten werden
    Die Erhebung und Dokumentation von Anforderungen mittels Anforderungsworkshops oder Stakeholder-Interviews und deren anschließende Abstimmung mit dem Solution Architecten gehören ebenfalls zu Ihrem Tätigkeitsfeld
    Die Beschreibung und Überleitung von fachlichen Anforderungen (Kundensicht) auf technische Anforderungen (IT-Sicht) ist Teil Ihrer Arbeit
    Teamübergreifende Kommunikation mit allen Beteiligten wird für Sie ein wichtiger Bestandteil sein
    Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik bzw. der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
    Sie mögen den direkten Umgang mit Menschen außerhalb der IT und leben den Service-Gedanken im internen Kundenkontakt.

    Sie haben einschlägige Erfahrung in der Anforderungsaufnahme: Sie moderieren souverän Anforderungsworkshops bzw. führen Stakeholder-Interviews durch und wissen, in welchem Fall, welche Technik zur Anforderungserhebung anzuwenden ist
    Die Analyse und Dokumentation von Anforderungen haben Sie ebenfalls im Gepäck
    Sie besitzen gute Visualisierungsfähigkeiten, um Sachverhalte einfach und verständlich darzustellen; grundlegende Kenntnisse in UML und BPMN sind von Vorteil
    Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse in der Anwendungsentwicklung sowohl im agilen als auch klassischen Umfeld – Wasserfall, V-Modell und Scrum sind für Sie keine Fremdwörter
    Ebenso besitzen Sie breit angelegte IT-Kenntnisse und können mit den Begriffen SaaS, API, Datenbanken umgehen
    In ihrem täglichen Doing behalten Sie Datenschutz und -sicherheit stets im Blick. Im Zweifelsfall scheuen Sie nicht den Kontakt mit Kollegen aus der Informationssicherheit.
    Sie bringen Interesse für die Arbeit von Anwälten, Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern mit, um sie in ihrer Tätigkeit bestmöglich zu unterstützen
    Idealerweise bringen Sie Zertifizierungen in den o.g. Themenbereichen (z.B. IREB, Scrum, IIBA) mit
    Sie fühlen sich in der Microsoft-Umgebung wohl und neben MS Office haben Sie auch Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Teams, SharePoint, Loop, Azure DevOps, Whiteboard sammeln können; falls nicht, sind Sie bereit, sich diese Kenntnisse anzueignen
    Sie besitzen exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten – die Formulierung von Gedanken und der bilaterale Austausch in englischer Sprache fällt Ihnen (fast) genauso leicht wie in deutscher.

    Polnisch-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber definitiv kein Muss
