Site Manager at a Leading Environmental Services Provider in Louisville, NE

We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join our client's team in Louisville, NE.

**This position plays a pivotal role in transforming industrial and municipal waste into sustainable solutions, thereby reducing the carbon footprint and supporting our community's future.**

What You'll Be Contributing:

Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety and environmental standards related to alternative fuels and materials.
Operational Excellence: Drive the optimization of alternative fuels and raw materials usage to enhance kiln operation and cement quality.
Supplier and Inventory Management: Oversee supplier relationships, manage deliveries and inventory, and ensure quality control.
Strategic Leadership: Manage costs, coordinate with financial controllers, and lead local improvement initiatives.
Innovative Trials: Spearhead trials for new alternative fuels and materials, collaborating with technical teams and plant management.
Team Management: Lead and support local teams and contractors, ensuring alignment with our core values and business conduct codes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Chemistry, with a robust technical background.
Experience in Resource Recovery & Processing, Industrial Manufacturing, Mining, or Mineral Processing.
Demonstrated track record of completing initiatives and driving change.
Physical fitness to perform frequent plant visits and operational tasks.
