What does your daily work look like:

Responsible for the Greater Berlin area and continuously present in our facilities, you are the main point of contact for our business clients and employees
You ensure smooth daily operations at the location, including coordinating personnel resources and workflows according to projects
Acquiring new customers is also part of your job, and ensuring a positive customer experience through professional communication and timely problemsolving comes naturally to you
You are handson, conduct workplace inspections, create inspection instructions, and actively participate in quality control when necessary, supporting the identification of causes of errors and handling of complaints

What you bring:

Completed training in a technical profession or equivalent qualifications
Good experience in site management/supervision or a similar position with a passion for employee management and planning
You have a very good technical understanding as well as good knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software applications
You are proud of your organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Good German language skills in speaking and writing contribute to your communication and assertiveness
