    Candidate must be willing to commute into either the Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX offices 3 days per week.

    This job contributes to Starbucks success by partnering with store development managers and cross-functional teams in identifying, prioritizing, and developing new sites for Starbucks retail stores, as well as existing portfolio optimization responsibilities. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.

    As a real estate representative you will...

    ·Support Store Development goals of opening new stores, managing existing store fleet, and supporting the overall regional strategy

    ·Collaborate with Store Development, Design, Strategy, Legal, Finance, Operations, and other internal teams

    ·Have integral responsibilities including attending industry events, coordinating approvals, working with brokers, landlords, architects, contractors, attorneys, and various other internal/external stakeholders

    We'd love to hear from people with:

  • 1+ years of experience in contract & lease administration experience
  • 2+ years of experience in project administration in chain store, retail or commercial brokerage
  • 1+ years of experience in exposure to commercial or retail industry experience
