The Firm has an opening for a Litigation/Transactional Associate to work from the Firm's Chicago office.
The Opportunity
The primary responsibilities of the Associate are to assist with all phases of litigation, including pre-trial proceedings, trial, and appellate practice, as well as assisting with real estate and corporate transactions. The attorneys in the Chicago office have decades of experience in representing transportation companies in all sorts of matters, including real estate and corporate transactions, and litigation involving catastrophic personal injury defense, corporate, non-compete/non-solicit agreements and other employment matters. Responsibilities will be substantial and will cover all phases of litigation, with the associate expected to immediately assume important roles in on-going cases.
