    Salary: $80,00-100,000

We offer a range of services related to real estate, including project management, tenant/owner advisory, asset management and property management.

    AMPS works with clients across a variety of industry sectors, including corporate workplace, retail, medical, hospitality and landlord.

    We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join our team of experts in our expanding Project Management division.

    Job Summary:

    AM-PS is seeking a Project Manager to oversee various interior build-out, renovation and development projects, while leading the project delivery with direct accountability to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing all aspects of the design and construction process, from conception to completion. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Additionally, the candidate must have excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills to effectively manage a team of architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities & Duties:

    • Manage all phases of the design and construction process, from conceptual design to final construction, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines, and communicate project status updates to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
    • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants, to ensure project goals are met.
    • Demonstrates ability to read, review and analyze documents associated with real estate projects including leases, work letters, contracts, architectural drawings, etc
    • Negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors and manage project-related contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements.
    • Identifies project risks, crafts risk mitigation strategies, contingency plans and implements action plans to reduce/eliminate project risks
    • Assists in selection of project delivery resources, vendors and consultants via administration of requests for proposals, completion of bid analysis
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and safety, and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants.
    • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure project goals are met and expectations are exceeded.
    • Facilitates & chairs regular project meetings and produces written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project team members informed and properly coordinated
    • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, project schedules, and other related documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in managing commercial real estate design and construction projects.
    • Certification in, AIA, LEED, or PMP is a plus but not required
    • Strong knowledge of architecture, construction or commercial real estate industry
    • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
    • Excellent verbal & written communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
    • General knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Experience negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools. Intermediate/proficient skills w/ Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam are preferred
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Willing/able to travel to project sites as needed both locally and across the country.
