L'impact que vous aurez:
C'est une création d'emploi pour compléter une équipe dynamique et en pleine expansion, composée de 15 personnes. Dans vos tâches quotidiennes, vous jouerez un rôle important dans la mise en place et le suivi de la relation de nos partenaires agence, existants ou nouveaux.d'excellentes relations avec nos clients existants et nouveaux.
Vous êtes un élément important dans le parcours client. Grâce à votre expertise et votre écoute active, vous pourrez les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avecnotre équipe commerciale et technique, ainsi que différents départements stratégiques (marketing, produit, finance).
Vous rapporterez à la Team Lead Account Manager basée à Paris.
Les sujets sur lesquels vous allez travailler:
Assurer une gestion de compte dédiée aux agences en France, répondre aux demandes des clients dans les meilleurs délais ;
Créer des stratégies de retargeting dans de multiples secteurs (retail, automobile, beauté, voyage, énergie...) basées sur l'analyse des données et votre propre expertise ;
Consulter et former les clients pour assurer leur réussite ;
Assister les commerciaux et l'équipe technique dans le processus de lancement de campagnes publicitaires ;
Participer à la réponse aux briefs clients;
Négocier les conditions commerciales de la campagne ;
Fournir des rapports dédiés à nos clients ;
Analyser les données afin d'optimiser les performances des campagnes
Identifiez les opportunités d'upsell;
Être garant de la bonne communication avec le client – conformément aux normes et aux processus, incl. réunions régulières en face à face
Travailler main dans la main avec l'équipe commerciale et techniques pour garantir le meilleur service client
Qui recherchons-nous?
Au moins 4 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de campagnes publicitaires en ligne, de préférence dans des rôles en contact direct avec les clients dans le secteur de la technologie publicitaire
Une expérience de travail pour le compte de/au sein d'une agence serait un gros avantage ;
Min. 2 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie de la publicité en ligne, le marketing à la performance;
Un niveau avancé sur Excel est requis ; expérience avec les outils d'analyse (Google Analytics, Piano, Adobe...), DSP (DV, TTD...), ad server(Adform, CM...) et les outils de suivi
Excellente capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes ;
Comprendre les besoins et les exigences des clients, compétences exceptionnelles en communication ;
Super motivé(e), forte envie d'apprendre, attitude positive.
Diplôme universitaire (de préférence en marketing digital/communication);
Très bon niveau d'anglais
Objectifs principaux:
Dans le mois suivant l'embauche

: achèvement du programme d'intégration, Workramp (base de connaissances interne)
Dans les 3 mois suivant l'embauche

: effectuer au moins 3 appels avec des clients et une intégration. Assurer le suivi des tâches opérationnelles liées au CRM et outils internes.
Dans les 6 mois suivant l'embauche

: pleine autonomie sur les tâches. Bonne compréhension de l'optimisation des campagnes et du panel. Complétez 1 QBR avec un client.
Dans l'année suivant l'embauche

: autonomie totale avec les annonceurs, upsell de campagnes/sites/produits, reporting et monitoring.
