- Work with the business users and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations for the CRM system.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
- Analyze the requirements and map them to the CRM functionalities and features.
- Design and configure the CRM solution using the best practices and standards of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM 2016/2015, and UCI.
- Create and maintain the functional specification document, solution design document, and configuration document.
- Develop and execute test cases and scenarios to ensure the quality and functionality of the CRM system.
- Coordinate and support the user acceptance testing and training activities.
- Deploy the CRM system to the production environment and provide post-implementation support and maintenance.
- Integrate the CRM system with third-party applications and data sources using various methods and tools.
- Develop and customize plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate flows, SSIS packages, console applications, and other components as needed.
- Manage the CRM security roles, users, teams, business units, and access rights.
- Monitor and troubleshoot the CRM system performance and issues.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the CRM domain and provide recommendations for improvement and enhancement.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis and CRM implementation.
- At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM 2016/2015, and UCI.
- Strong knowledge of CRM D365 admin features and concepts, such as users, roles, workflows, business rules, entities, fields, views, forms, process flows, security roles, security assignment, record sharing, etc.
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules, such as sales, service, marketing, etc.
- Good understanding of integrating MSD D365 with third-party applications and data sources using various methods and tools, such as web services, APIs, connectors, etc.
- Proficient in plugin/custom workflow development using C#, .NET, and CRM SDK.
- Proficient in Power Automate/MS Flow development using various triggers, actions, and connectors.
- Nice to have SSIS development, console app development, and Azure DevOps experience.
- Nice to have Dynamics Portal development framework experience.
- Proficient in SQL server, Java script, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 is a plus.

We are looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst who can lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales for our North America user base.
