    Position Title: Project/Business Analyst III


    Position Overview:The Project/Business Analyst III will play a vital role in supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of JCDC Planning Office initiatives. This position involves analyzing data and information from multiple sources to inform decision-making and ensure the successful execution of program objectives. The Project/Business Analyst III will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements, conduct analysis, and provide actionable insights to drive program success.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Conduct comprehensive analysis of data and information from various sources to support program planning and decision-making.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and efficient execution of program activities.
    • Assist in the identification and mitigation of program risks and issues, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
    • Prepare and present reports, presentations, and briefings to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders.
    • Support the development of business processes, procedures, and documentation to streamline program operations.
    • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and working groups to gather input, facilitate discussions, and drive consensus.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and team members as needed.
    • Maintain awareness of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to program management and analysis.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.

    Recommended Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification in business analysis or project management.
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related field, with a focus on complex initiatives.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to extract insights from large datasets.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
    • Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
    • Knowledge of cybersecurity, government contracting, or related fields is a plus.
    • Must have a TS clearance

    This position description outlines the key responsibilities and qualifications for the Project/Business Analyst III role within the customer Planning Office.
