About the Job:

As a Financial Analyst you are responsible for analyzing and reporting of information critical to the operations and success of the revenue cycle.

The Financial Analyst will provide analysis for accurate and compliant charge capture (utilizing Epic reconciliation reporting tools, denial improvement initiatives, month end reporting, and additional analyses to support revenue cycle initiatives.

What You'll Do:
Produce and deliver inpatient PB charge reconciliation reports to the managers of the various physician practices throughout the Elliot Health System
Compile all charges related to services provided to Northeast Rehabilitation patients
Assist in creation of financial reporting of payer variances, denials, and contract variations to ensure accurate and timely payments for all receivables
Perform data analysis, trending, and management reporting on denials by location and payer
Perform data analysis and net revenue models for defined service lines
Effectively communicates and resolves all needs and concerns

Who You Are:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, Required
A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive analytical experience, Required
Epic Experience, Required
Knowledge of revenue cycle operations, billing/reimbursement, and/or other relevant healthcare service, Preferred
Excellent organizational and project management skills
