Do you have strong project management and leadership skills? We are looking for someone like you to:

    originate financing transactions for a cross-divisional team focused on providing financing to family offices, institutional investors, and asset managers on their alternative asset portfolios

    primary assets include private equity, hedge funds, and co-investments

    manage client engagement and deal execution, with support of existing team and resources, from start to finish

    conduct initial risk assessment, pricing and return analysis, negotiation of terms, and follow through to legal documentation and final closing

    engage collaboratively with other deal team members from internal and external legal, credit, due diligence, and capital management

    operate financial models and guide the production of marketing presentations

    collaborate with stakeholders across the UBS Investment Bank, Asset Management and Global Wealth Management Your Career Comeback We are open to applications from career returners. Find out more about our program on /careercomeback. Your team Based in UBS' New York office, you will be working within the Global Lending Unit's Hedge Fund and Private Equity Financing group. This team has a cross-divisional mandate and executes financing transactions for clients of UBS' Wealth Management and Investment Banking Divisions across a broad range of alternative assets. Your expertise

    able to initiate, develop and maintain long term client relationships

    able to assess pools of information and provide implementable solutions to problems

    legal background and experience with financial documentation

Salary information CA, CO, WA and NY based roles: The salary range for this role is $225,000 to $300,000 based on experience, education, and skill level.
