As a Business Analyst in Account Services Operations, you'll play a vital role in supporting the new account opening process, stock plan activation, and account maintenanceYour responsibilities will include:
Reviewing paper and electronic applications to ensure they meet good order criteria. Processing applications manually when necessary with speed and accuracy. Handling exception and reconciliation reports, and assisting in executing risk controls. Responding promptly to inquiries from Operations and Customer Service teams. Collaborating with various business units to identify fraudulent or high-risk new accounts. Ensuring all tasks are completed daily to maintain excellent service levels.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of financial operations experience or equivalent
Preferred:
1+ years' experience with rules and regulations governing bank and brokerage accounts. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience creating DocuSign forms. strong written and oral communication skills with a track record of excellent customer service.
