    **Job Duties**

    Create and monitor reports on consignment inventory volumes, management and sales.

    Communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to Operations and Field Sales management.

    Identify outliers to specified inventory parameters.

    Utilize customer relations management software (Salesforce) and Office suite to produce and deliver reports

    Support Sales Operations in monthly and quarterly customer communications.

    Work with finance team to ensure that deliverables meet the GAP requirements.

    Field Sales support on inventory management policies.

    Manage demo samples with Fuse, communicating needs with production

    Manage TUR no PO process, collecting data from SF, compiling reports, providing information to field, provides lists of billable tissues to management for approval

    Help manage the consignment inventory reconciliation (CIR) process.

    Create baseline reports for Consignment Inventory Reconciliation (CIR) tracking

    CIR Preparation Tasks (working with Salesforce to ensure App functionality, etc)

    Manage consignment agreement information and providing to management and contracts on a regular basis

    Account status change approval

    Train employees on TMG processes (CIR reporting, TURnoPO, etc.)

    Assist with quarterly and annual physical inventories

    **Required Education and Experience**

    Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field

    3-5 years working experience in a support or analytics role

    Experience handling sensitive and confidential information

    Knowledgeable in Salesforce, PeopleSoft, or similar CRM system

    **Competencies**

    Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a strong working knowledge of intermediate to advanced formulas

    Strong interpersonal communication skills. Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

    Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

    Prioritization skills in a dynamic, fast paced environment

    Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
