- Preferred - High School diploma or general education degree (GED), 5 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Required - Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Excel; ability to use for advanced and detailed analysis.

- Develop strong partnerships between data engineering, finance and other business functions.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual summaries related to inventory accuracy.
- Contribute to customer and client satisfaction and deliver value to the internal and external customers.
- Identify root causes and disconnects to help management develop resolutions to inventory inaccuracies, work order release issues, and material flow issues.
- Communicate your findings effectively and follow through to help drive improvements.
- Manage numerous assignments, identify priorities and exercise good judgement.
- Review ASRS reconciliation reports, analyze issues and root causes, work with other functional departments to develop and implement action plans, and report on progress.
- Assist with the management of the location Cycle count process; gather, analyze and report issues and root causes; develop and implement action plans to address issues; gather, analyze and report key performance indicators related to Inventory Control and accuracy.
- Review job variance reports for Fabrics and Plastics, analyze issues and toot causes, with with functional departments to develop and implement action plans, and report on progress.
- Assist Warehouse Manager with gathering and reporting of all department KPIs.

What will you be doing?
Duties to include periodic reconciliation of inventory data between warehouse and ERP systems (the ASRS Reconciliation) monitoring, processing, analyzing the organization's inventory levels, cycle count reporting, error resolution, slow and obsolete management, connecting finance and operations, inventory reduction initiatives, and collaboration and problem solving. In summary, an inventory control analyst ensures the efficient inventory management, accurate reporting, and cost-effective practices while maintaining product availability.
