    We're in search of an experienced Program Manager who can own the Warehouse Management System program across multiple manufacturing facilities.

    This will include the rollout, creation of strategic roadmap, and support of the WMS system across multiple manufacturing locations.

    This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong project management skills to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of the WMS program.


    This is a highly impactful, long-term opportunity that will allow you to truly own the establishment and direction of the WMS program from the ground up.

    This position is located in the Battery/Truist Park area and will be onsite 3 days/week and 2 days/week remote.


    Responsibilities:
    Define comprehensive business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
    Develop actionable product roadmaps and deployment plans aligned with organizational goals.
    Establish technical strategy, objectives, and support SLAs with vendor partners.
    Oversee deployment and updates of WMS system across multiple locations.
    Communicate updates to leadership and Senior Leadership Team.
    Prioritize work streams to optimize project resources and achieve milestones.
    Proactively identify and address blockers to achieve business objectives.
    Ensure adherence to corporate, financial, and IT standards.
    Manage program financials to stay within budget constraints.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in IT or related field highly preferred
    5+ years of experience leading IS programs with 3+ years of experience with WMS systems.
    Experience working with RF-Safe preferred but open to other system experience as well.
    Experience creating product roadmaps and deploying solutions in enterprise manufacturing environments.
    Expert communication skills in delivering projects status updates and partnering business stakeholders and external vendors.
    Effective prioritization and balancing of stakeholder priorities.
    Excellent project management abilities, handling multiple projects concurrently.
    Experience in overseeing manufacturing application development initiatives.
    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Tools and capabilities.
