    Program Manager - Enterprise Architecture & IT Governance

    Location:
    Atlanta, GA (hybrid onsite)

    Our client is an industry leader in the energy and fuel systems domain.

    They are undergoing large transformational change across their entire IT landscape, investing in advanced systems and applications, modernizing older platforms and creating a holistic approach to enterprise architecture and IT governance.


    This role will be a pivotal leader in the Enterprise Architecture & IT Governance office, serving as a programmatic leader in the implementation and tracking of success across the company.

    Duration: 12 Months+ (this will be long term with the option to hire)

    Required Skills & Experience
    5+ years of program leadership in Enterprise Architecture or IT Governance.
    Prior experience in Enterprise or Solutions Architecture is desired.
    Strong knowledge of EA and IT Governance principles.

    What You Will Be Doing
    Build and Maintain Process Documentation

    Develop and document practices and processes within the EA practice, including collecting metadata and other technical information for documenting system landscapes.

    Engage, Inform, and Enable Architectural Stakeholders

    Managing the backlog of architecture review board topics and agendas, facilitating meetings, and maintaining records and metrics on the architecture review board.

    Facilitate application assessments and EA metrics by coordinating data gathering, analysis, and visualization to track and communicate EA's value contribution.

    Manage the catalog of technology standards, principles, patterns, and other related policies. Draft the above artifacts with input from subject matter experts, presenting them for review on the architecture review board.

    Maintain a current list of planned and active deliverables by portfolio or area for Enterprise and Solution Architecture, with corresponding metrics on EA and SA delivery.

    Document, maintain, and communicate the catalog of design exceptions, risks, and decisions as a central artifact, reporting metrics in a timely manner to stakeholders
