    About the position


    We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support Invenergy's marketing team through web content and graphic design– creating and editing marketing materials to support Invenergy's rapidly growing business.

    The Brand & Creative Associate will work closely with the Marketing Director to provide design and marketing support to Invenergy Services, the asset management and operations affiliate of Invenergy's energy centers, both domestically and globally through the domestic and global expansion of the Business Development team.

    This position will focus on brand execution supporting Invenergy Services across all materials, maintaining consistency and ensuring all materials are up-to-date.

    Excellent attention to detail in design is required.

    Responsibilities

    Understand and interpret brand guidelines to develop innovative print and/or digital solutions, including advanced-level Invenergy Services PowerPoint presentations and templates
    Work closely with Invenergy Services Business Development team on all brand and creative requests
    Act as lead for all new marketing materials needs of the Invenergy Services Business Development team
    Maintain marketing materials library ensuring content is up-to-date, working closely with Content Marketing Manager on messaging across all assets and ensuring designs are kept fresh
    Develop and maintain visuals used in marketing materials, thought leadership blog content, etc.
    Support in storyboarding of video campaigns created for Invenergy Services, working closely with the Brand & Creative Specialist.
    Lead and/or assist in maintaining corporate website, specifically the Invenergy Services webpages and work with Web Editor & Designer Associate on updates
    Create signage for conference sponsorships and support in all branding of bi-annual Services Summit event series
    Work with international teams in Spain and Brazil regarding substantial growth of Invenergy Services into international markets
    Support in launching of new initiatives and/or acquisitions
    Develop social media assets for Invenergy Services in partnership with our Communications team
    Provide design assistance to other marketing and internal communications materials as needed
    Be able to spot design inconsistencies in color, spacing, fonts, etc. easily when presented

    Required Skills

    Bachelor's Degree in graphic design, marketing, advertising, communications, or relevant field
    3-5 years relevant experience in graphic design through marketing or advertising
    Proven graphic design skills with visual portfolio
    Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
    Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
    Strong experience in video production and video editing a plus
    Strong organizational skills and a very high level of attention to detail
    Self-starter with a great work ethic who can work under pressure and maintain quality across multiple assignments
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high achieving, entrepreneurial environment
    Background and passion for the energy sector a plus

    Salary Range

    $73, ,000
