JOB DESCRIPTION

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with their goals.
New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company's HPS business within the designated territory or account list. This involves prospecting, lead generation, and converting leads into sales.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's HPS products and services, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. This knowledge will enable you to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
Customer Support: Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to post-sale support. Address any concerns or issues that may arise and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Other responsibilities as required

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent
Mechanical or electrical background preferred

JOB REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of related experience preferred but willing to train
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
Presentation skills
Negotiation skills
Basic to advanced understanding of pump mechanics
Basic to advanced knowledge of drives and drive repair
Proficiency in operating laser alignment tools
Familiarity with basic principles of pump hydraulics and the ability to understand pump curves
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in Microsoft Office suite
