- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, while building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Understand clients' needs and objectives, and work collaboratively with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional products or services to meet clients' evolving needs.
- Manage the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation to ongoing support and renewal.
- Monitor account health and performance metrics and take proactive measures to address any issues or concerns.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to clients, highlighting key metrics, progress, and areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop account-specific strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth and retention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of related experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Less than 25% travel required.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Moves throughout the building to access files.
- Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions.
- Must be able to complete tasks even with frequent interruptions.
- Must be able to use discretion and independent judgment as needed.

Position Summary: As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining relationships with our clients.
