- Compensation package includes base salary and a revenue-based bonus.
- Base salary depends on length of experience in the Artificial Lift Industry.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the Permian Basin, develop account-specific strategies and execute to capture market share and profitability.
- Demonstrate a strong skill set in providing customer solution sales by uncovering customer pain points and providing a solution to manage or eliminate those pain points.
- Develop cross-divisional strategies to promote complete packages.
- Creates customer call reports and outlining customer meetings.
- Build and establish relationships with key decision-makers to develop strategies designed to help customers meet their high-level goals and solve customer challenges.
- Close new business deals by chasing leads, developing, and negotiating price, and completing sales and repeat order relationships.
- Perform customer feedback surveys to enhance and grow our future product and service offerings needed to be a market leader.
- Gather and utilize competitor intelligence to strengthen our product offering and market position.
- Have in-depth knowledge of core products.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Reynolds products and services.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and engineering to facilitate the flow of communication to support customers and generate additional business opportunities.
- Participate in trade shows and regional and local events as required.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations.
- Preferred: Bachelors Degree from an accredited College or University.
- 2+ years of relevant sales account management experience
- A minimum of 2-5 years of sales account management in the Oil and Gas Industry.
- Experience in selling Electrical Submersible Pump Equipment, and Production equipment is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM Software
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Midland, TX

The ideal candidate will have a background in the oil and gas industry, with experience in electric submersible pumps.
