    Vaco is looking for a contract to hire AP Specialist in Grandview, OH

    APSpecialist

    Job Type:    Contract to Hire (3 months to start)

    Pay:$23/hour

    Location:Fully Onsite in Grandview, OH.

    Hours:Full Time - Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5PM

    Start Date:TBD

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Receive and accurately input incoming invoices, making sure they are properly coded and classified.
    • Facilitate timely payments to vendors and suppliers, ensuring all approved invoices are submitted for payment promptly.
    • Review and reconcile vendor accounts, verifying invoices against purchase orders to maintain accurate records.
    • Record essential journal entries to account for financial transactions, contributing to our financial transparency.
    • Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal partners and vendors as necessary to ensure a seamless workflow.
    • Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all data entry is completed accurately.

    Skills Required.

    • 1-2 years of AP experience
    • Strong MS Office skills particularly in Exceldesired
    • High School diploma or equivalent
