- Accurately processing inventory invoices through a workflow and three-way match process, ensuring proper approvals and coding before entry and payment.
- Collaborating with Purchasing, Pricing, and Vendor contacts to reconcile invoice and purchase order discrepancies.
- Processing non-inventory invoices and vendor credit memos with appropriate approvals and coding before entry and payment.
- Conducting daily check runs and handling check requests as needed.
- Booking vendor-related bank transactions and managing vendor freight chargebacks.
- Processing company credit card statements and reconciling vendor statements.
- Managing all vendor-related communications via email and phone in a positive and proactive manner to enhance vendor relations.
- Providing backup support for opening mail, filing, check stuffing, scanning, indexing, and other clerical tasks.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Once the AP Specialist is fully trained, they will be able to work a hybrid schedule, being remote on Monday and Friday and in the office located in Dublin Tuesday - Thursday.
