    LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our client with their Accounts Payable Specialist need in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have full cycle accounts payable experience including 3 way matching to purchase orders. This position is starting on a contract basis and a great opportunity for someone looking to join a good company

    Responsibilities

    • Review and record invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billing
    • Match open invoices to purchase order
    • Process expense reports from employees Identify discrepancies and escalate in appropriate manner
    • Have knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid paying unauthorized invoices and expenses

    Qualifications

    • At least 2 years of accounts payable experience
    • Comfortable with formulas and pivot tables in Excel
    • Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills
    Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
