    Department Overview:


    The Global Cash Management team within the Shared Services Group (SSG) within Wholesale Operations works closely with global markets business, treasury, and internal corporate stakeholders to ensure efficient and optimal usage of capital while ensuring cash for business needs are met so that accurate and timely settlement of transactions occur.


    Role Description / Areas of responsibility include:


    The organization is seeking an experienced candidate in this Cash Management space at the Vice President level to lead the US Cash Management team reporting both to Regional management and to Global Lead of the function.


    Responsibilities include:

    • Define target operating model for the US Cash Management team in coordination with the business and regional/global stakeholders defining both organizational and technology requirements that optimizes the firms use of cash.
    • Implement and evolve/enhance robust procedures and controls to achieve functional objective and mitigate operational and financial risk.
    • Collaborate with business and stakeholders to project and then determine cash/funding needs and actively communicate and escalate issues along the way.
    • Manage and develop team of associates/analysts within the US Cash Management team.

    • Dynamic individual with ability to take previous experience/knowledge and apply where applicable to new role and processes
    • Ability to effectively partner and communicate up, down, and across the organization globally.
    Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required


    • 5+ years of experience in cash management operations within the investment banking industry
    • Strong knowledge of banking systems and processes.
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with acute attention to detail.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related area
    * base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience.
