    Sales Support, Commercial Sales Financial Specialist (Remote based, US- West)

    We're seeking a Commercial Sales Finance Specialist to partner with Enterprise Client Directors (ECD) and Enterprise Client Executives (ECE) as part of our Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) enterprise selling organization in a client-facing capacity.

    This role is essential for helping Health Systems Sales drive new business initiatives including Lifecycle Refresh (LCR) opportunities by gathering financial/market intelligence analysis; composing and influencing the economic value proposition; and creating business models to assess the feasibility of these new opportunities with customers.

    The ideal candidate has the ability to combine business acumen, financial modeling and influence Total Cost Ownership (TCO) directly with customers.

    Your role:

    • Financial Modeling:
    • Work with business units to understand commercial offerings, IDN strategies and creative/alternative business models such as LCR, financing solutions, as-a-service offerings.
    • Prepare total cost of ownership (TCO) models and customer facing content for large bundle purchases and/or contracts leveraging alternative business models
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and prepare business models, project budgets and calculates business cases
    • Partner with ECEs to advise and Influence customer Decision Makers how to best realize the economic value proposition of their Philips investment through innovation, implementation and productive use.
    • Customer-Facing Presentations:
    • Lead the presales stages of the opportunity by providing deep & effective presentation of market trends with a focus on customer needs and defined solution.
    • Present solution and map against customer requirements with understanding of competitive/other factors impacting deal closure.
    • Create visually compelling and insightful presentations for external stakeholders.
    • Tailor presentations to effectively communicate financial insights to customers and partners.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align financial messaging with business objectives.
    • Create content for Enterprise Client Executives taking the business offerings and tailoring the message to the IDN c-suite in order to get the follow up meeting with the respective business experts and strategic selling resources
    • Strategic Support:
    • Work with ECEs and Enterprise Client Directors to identify and qualify partnership opportunities.
    • Determines the relevance of this sales/business development portfolio for Philips, assessing the value of new developments and identifying new opportunities for Philips.
    • Collaborate with leadership to support strategic planning initiatives.
    • Work with Enterprise Client Directors and Enterprise Solutions Specialists to prioritize IDN targets by district
    • Offer financial insights to support decision-making on TCO strategies and market positioning.
    • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure financial models and presentations adhere to compliance standards.
    • Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to address any compliance-related concerns.

    You're the right fit if:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
    • 5+ years customer-facing experience in commercial sales with an emphasis on strategic and financial modeling/analysis, preferably within the healthcare industry.
    • in creating and establishing new business models and value propositions, in respective domain
    • Strong communication and sales presentation skills with the ability to create & establish new business models and economic value propositions as well as to convey complex financial concepts and influence non-financial stakeholders.
    • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant financial tools.
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial modeling.
    • Willingness to travel- including overnights.

    Philips Transparency Details

    Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $180,200 to $ 254,400 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

    Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.

    US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

    Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to the West Zone.
