Internal Mortgage Specialist for Real Estate Firm Job Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze financial information to determine creditworthiness and ensure compliance with lending standards.

Maintain communication with borrowers, real estate agents, and other relevant parties to ensure a smooth loan approval and closing process.
Stay uptodate with industry regulations, market trends, and loan product offerings.

Internal Mortgage Specialist for Real Estate Firm Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator.

Strong understanding of mortgage products, underwriting criteria, and loan guidelines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in industryspecific software and technology.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Active NMLS license required.

Looking for a minimum of 10 Mortgage Loan Originators

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Closed Sundays/Holidays

Supplemental Pay:

2 or 109 Base and/or Commission pay depending on the legal position
