- Showing space and pursuing new leases
- Reviewing applications
- Executing lease paperwork, including new leases and renewals
- Conducting and processing Section 8 recertifications
- Collecting rent
- Communicating with tenants regarding a variety of requests
- Interacting with other staff and vendors
