Our focus revolves around managing every aspect of your property while creating a plan to increase rental rates and your property value.

• Walking and working with vendors for projects before, during, and after completion
• Participating in daily calls with Assistant Directors for accountability and performance evaluations
• Remaining available to assist with property emergencies outside of business hours
• Conducting daily walkthroughs of the property to ensure maintenance, safety, and compliance
• Reviewing work for quality and readiness
• Coordinating tenant moveins, moveouts, and retention events
• Answering lead inquiries and scheduling showings
• Managing annual budgets and forecasting requirements
• Performing collections audits and paying outgoings in accordance with the budget
• Oversee maintenance and cleaning staff
• Initiating corrective action as needed

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• A detailoriented and problemsolving mindset
• Active Leasing License required
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• 2+ year of Property Management experience required
• Reliable means of transportation required
• Chicagoland suburb travel required
