- Guide customers to purchase via in-person and virtual appointments, creating memorable and personalized experiences for each customer.
- Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads to attain individual and team goals and revenue targets.
- Proactively respond to online customer inquiries and provide sales assistance through live chats and phone calls while focusing on a luxury customer experience, reflective of our high-quality product.
- Review customer feedback and online reviews, working to continuously improve the customer experience and your sales performance.
- Utilize sales strategies and forward-thinking problem-solving techniques to assist and guide customers through multiple purchasing decisions, such as but not limited to ring settings, selections, diamond options, watches, chains, and other fine jewelry.
- Develop and demonstrate product knowledge as it pertains to our selection of fine jewelry.
- Utilize our CRM system to manage your tasks and communicate cross-functionally.
- Act as a brand advocate, sharing our mission of helping customers create one-of-a-kind pieces to celebrate life's most precious occasions with the utmost quality, craftsmanship, and customer service.
- Complete the onboarding program through shadowing daily activities, as well as provide support for continuing education.
- Maintain and build upon client relationships
- Maintain solid communication and feedback relationships with store management
- Ensure the interior and exterior of the store are kept to company standards
- Maintain team environment with colleagues
- Opening and closing of the store
- Assist in all store operational tasks (inventory, cash protection, loss prevention, overhead and supply costs, and any other tasks that might be required)
- All other duties as assigned
- Compensation: $50,000 - $250,000 based on performance, hourly + commission

- Bachelor's or GIA Degree preferred
- 3+ years of demonstrated high-achieving performance in a sales-based retail position (luxury jewelry and timepiece experience, preferred)
- Knowledge and understanding of the jewelry industry and fluent in fine jewelry education
- Drive to meet and exceed performance expectations
- A true passion for helping people, creating positive customer service experiences, maintaining a professional demeanor and personal presentation at all times while demonstrating an enthusiastic and positive attitude

Happy Jewelers is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Associate willing to engage customers with a sales-minded attitude, display work ethics, and organizational skills to join our showroom sales team. At Happy Jewelers, our mission is to help customers create one-of-a-kind pieces to celebrate life's most precious occasions with the utmost quality, craftsmanship, and customer service.
We are looking for someone passionate about the jewelry industry with excellent customer service skills, an established clientele, exceptional sales experience selling fine jewelry products, computer skills, and most importantly a team player. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining client lists and reaching sales goals, as well as other administrative duties.
This role will report to the General Sales Manager and work within the sales team. The ideal candidate requires creative & analytical skills, effective written and verbal communication, exceptional attention to detail, project management and multitasking abilities, resourcefulness, as well as a hands-on approach within our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
