High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) ;
Notary License a plus/or willing to be licensed through company.

• Comfortable in talking to others to convey information effectively
• Proficiency in English and basic math skills
• Managing one's own time and the time of others.
• Availability to work flexible shifts
• Working knowledge of mail, shipping and Point of Sale (POS) Systems preferred
• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role
• Print and Adobe knowledge preferred.

• Greet customers promptly and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.
• Maintain instock and presentable condition assigned areas
• Maintain records related to sales.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Process returns received from customers
• Ensure proper presentation and displays are in place for assigned area
