Sales Associate - Orange, United States - RLH Industries, Inc.

Description

Sales representatives will be asked to sell from our product portfolio which includes but is not limited to:

• Fiber Optic Media Converters
• Fiber Optic Cable
• Fiber Patch Panels
• Industrial Ethernet Switches
• Ethernet IO
• Industrial Power Supplies
• Telecommunication Enclosures

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Maintain and grow sales with established customers within territory
• Create quotes and estimates
• Track activity in company CRM
• Set up appointments to keep customers aware of latest product news
• Attend conferences as an exhibitor
• Meet and or exceed company sales goals
• Fulfill any sales related duties not mentioned above

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales in related field
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detailoriented
• Ability to work in a teamoriented environment
• Desire to learn company product portfolio
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced working atmosphere

Qualifications (Desired but not Required):

• Telecommunications Industry Experience (technical or sales)
• Familiarity with Fiber Optic Cable or Fiber Optic Products
• Understanding of basic networking principles and practices

Hours:

Monday - Friday 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, can vary on the pace of business.


Compensation:

• Base Salary + Commission
• Company pays 50% of Medical, Dental, and Vision
• 401K with 3% employer match

Pay:
$45, $55,000.00 per year
