Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Developing relationships with customers and generating new business.
  • Forming a customer base by cold calling, issuing quotes, preparing bids, and making formal presentations to prospective customers.
  • Soliciting Continent Solutions System services which include Import/Export, Distributions & Warehousing, LTL Transportation, Cargo Insurance, and Custom Brokerage.
  • Responsible for meeting the monthly goals given by Management.
  • Maintaining consistent communication with our Operations/customer service team and overseas offices.

Qualifications

  • 12 years of sales experience in Freight or Intermodal services.
  • Strong customer service and communications skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Good organizational skills, as this position requires working with multiple departments and following up with clients and prospects.
  • Proficient in Go Freight System a plus.
  • Bilingual or multilingual is a plus
Compensation is a base salary + commission
