    Principal Product Marketing Director
    • Data, Analytics and A at Oracle in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description The individual who assumes this role at Oracle will be responsible for content creation for a broad range of products that are part of the Data, Analytics and AI portfolio.
    Reporting directly to the Global Vice President of Product Marketing, this individual contributor role will develop content for database cloud technologies, AI innovations and analytics platforms.

    Content generation is the core focus of this role, and the ability to create compelling content for each of these areas that resonate with external and internal constituencies is the primary measure of success.

    Content assets include customer presentations, web pages, marketing campaign assets, competitive analyses, technical and marketing blog posts, social media posts, white papers and related documents.

    This individual will support the key marketing priorities for a given time period, effectively providing extensive content development expertise to the next new product introduction or global marketing initiative.

    The individual will collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management and Executive Management on the development of these global content assets.

    Extensive knowledge of Cloud Databases, Data Platforms, Generative AI, Large Language Models, Analytics, Cloud Infrastructure and SaaS applications, combined with the ability to generate high impact content assets with extreme attention to detail, would position this individual to excel in this particular role.


    Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
    + Development of compelling product marketing content for both new product introductions and existing products within the Data, Analytics & AI portfolio + Ensuring that product marketing content effectively communicates business and technical value propositions to target personas such as Chief Data Officers, Chief Information Officers, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Technology Officers, Line of Business Leaders and more + The ability to translate complex, technical materials into dynamic product marketing content that will resonate with organizations and partners worldwide across a multitude of industries + Understanding the competitive landscape and incorporating relevant updates into content assets intended for use by both external and internal constituencies

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Seeking a results-driven, dynamic product marketing professional with the proven ability to deliver high impact, strategic content assets in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking complex projects with different deadlines.

    + Minimum of 6+ years' product marketing experience in the tech industry + Experience working on marketing cloud databases, analytics and generative AI + Strong product positioning and messaging skills + Ability to think strategically with tactical execution.

    + Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation skills. + Capable of producing compelling, high quality documents and presentations on short timelines. + Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. + Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

    Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the United States only Hiring Range:
    from $97,400 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    Paid time off:
    Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.

    For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

    Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation paid holidays 10.


    Paid sick leave:
