    Office Coordinator - Oklahoma City, United States - Paycom Online

    Description

    This position supports HR leadership, Security leadership, and Facilities leadership and is responsible for administering operational tasks, duties and responsibilities.


    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintain the upkeep of the breakroom(s); restocking items, refilling beverages, cleaning appliances
    • Maintain the upkeep of the supply cabinets and printer areas; ordering/receiving/restocking items
    • Monitor select vendors/contractors when those select vendors/contractors are inside company buildings
    • Coordinate incoming/outgoing deliveries
    • Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail
    • Welcome visitors to the Paycom Reno Hub and facilitate campus tours
    • Point of contact for maintenance/facilities/production requests
    • Facilitate administrative work and additional operational tasks as needed

    Qualifications

    Education/Certification:


    • High School graduate/GED

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Experience:


    • Customer service, office management; corporate environment experience

    Skills/Abilities:


    • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate verbally and consult effectively one-on-one

    • Ability to effectively partner and collaborate with all levels of personnel

    • Strong customer service skills; employee friendly attitude

    • Ability to pay attention to detail and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

    • Ability to adapt based on business conditions

    • Demonstrated proficiency with computers, specifically in MS Office Suite

    • Ability to react calmly and effectively in unusual or emergency situations following policies and procedures

    • Strong organizational skills
