Your central role:

Process control and optimization of telephony and document control

  • Responsibility for telephony and document control in the claims department
    • Forecast and coordination of personnel planning
    • Ensuring telephone availability and service levels in document processing
    • Even utilization of locations and organizational units
  • Monitoring and optimization of processes
  • Conception and coordination of measures to cope with natural disasters
  • Initiation and management of (partial) projects for continuous optimization of telephony and document control in claims-composite
