    Here Tomorrow is hiring a Director ofOperations as a full-time position in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.

    Position Summary:

    The Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring that the organization is managed and performing efficiently and effectively.

    This position will work closely with leadership andcollaborate on strategies to improve Here Tomorrow service delivery model.

    Responsibilities :
    Oversee, analyze and implement business policies and procedures that will improve the day-to-day operations of Here Tomorrow.

    Build strategic alliances with community partners and stakeholders with the goal of advancing the mission of Here Tomorrow in our community.

    Co-leadinitiatives to reach target population through SEO, community partnerships and outreach.

    Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the human resources/operations infrastructure of systems processes and personnel designed to accommodate meeting the objectives of the organizations.

    Utilize organization website to advance our mission by contributing to website strategy, content, and making updates.
    Monitor, track and analyze phone system and website chat data to continuously improve customer experience.
    Contribute to the planning and execution of community awareness initiatives.
    Promote a person-centered approach to serving people with mental health conditions and support the efforts of the Advisory Committee.
    Oversee facility management and IT support services.
    Keeping track of company's revenue, margins, and conduct budget reviews to ensure fiscal responsibility.
    Ensures work environment is adequate and safe.
    Liaison for all contractual agreements related to operations as well as oversite of grant writing and grant reporting.
    Support team members as needed with other projects.

    Position Status and Qualifications:
    This is a full-time exempt position. MBA preferred. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required. Extensive experience with business operations, community collaboration is required. Experience with working in the field of mental health is preferred.
