    Associa is currently looking for a Directorof Operations to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. As a Director of Operations, you will lead the team to ensure employee and client retention and growth.

    TheDirector of Operations over sees accounts in the assigned portfolio and isassists inimplementing processes, procedures, and systems associated with branch initiatives and company-wide business processes.

    This role will direct operations staff to research and resolve client issues and interact with other departments in the pursuit of client services while supporting the management team.

    What is the compensation?

    Compensation is currently set at a range of $75-85k annually, based on experience.

    What is the schedule?


    The position is a Monday through Friday with a minimum of 40 hours per week, additional hours to complete tasks may be required.

    Some travel to locations may be needed, but primarily the position will be located at the branch office.

    How will you make an impact?

    The Director of Operations helps the company grow by:

    Acting as primary liaison with Community Association Managers, Boards, Clients, and leadership.
    Providing leadership to the team and facilitate training and growth within the team.
    Oversee accounts and hold financials of the branch to a high standard.
    Oversee recommendations regarding major capital expenditures as required to maintain the desired operations of the team and clients.
    Manage, mentor, train, supervise team members as well as oversee support needed for clients.
    Attend and actively participate in sales presentations.
    Regularly attends evening board meetings.
    Preforms management duties in the absence of a manager.
    Regular site visits with managers.

    Requirements


    Requirements:
    Valid FL Community Association Manager License (LCAM) is required.
    Ability to train others is required.
    3+ years of management/supervisory experience required.
    8+ years of Community Association experience and Portfolio Management experience preferred.
    Knowledge ofBusiness Mathat a proficient level.
    Strong Financial Acumen.
    Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at an above average level.
    Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at an expert level.
    Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
    Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
    Initiative and problem-solving abilities.
    Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.
    Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
    On call for emergencies (including evenings and weekends).
