My client are seeking a Director of Operations within the multifamily renovation sector. Fantastic salary alongside great benefits. This position is ideal for a Senior Project Manager/Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career.

The position:
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Liaison between departments including HR, finances, contracts, construction services.
Work with the finance team to put together budgets and work in progress reports.
Build relationships with clients by constantly seeking feedback and ways to improve internal operations and Standard Operating Procedures.

Partner with preconstruction and construction teams to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and rolled out according to internal project guidelines and client expectations.

Analyse trends with projects and seek innovative solutions to improve internal processes and efficiencies.
Monitor quality control as it pertains to new and existing clients.
Follow up with clients post project completion to secure additional work and help the business development team maintain contact.
Develop and manage operational budgets for internal construction group.
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term operational strategies and execute strategic plans.
Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion and contribute to bidding and estimating processes.
Review contracts and present them to the relevant parties.

Requirements:
An industry relevant bachelor's degree.
Must have experience in multifamily projects.
Ideally experience in both multifamily renovation and ground up construction.
Minimum of 7 years' experience.
